Scandinavian Shipping was formed in 1999 as part of an overall strategy to diversify the
activities of our group (www.bjorkeklund.com).
Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics AS ( SSL) Norway
Consists of companies with experience and tradition of Norwegian key ports that go well
over 100 years ago. In our products we have combined the physical work in the ports of
international freight forwarding business. Our customers are industrial and commercial
businesses as well as shipowners and ship operators. Our customer's requirements
governing our investment and development.
In a market with increasing degree of internationalization, we develop ourselves to carry
out freight forwarding and transportation services for our customers worldwide.
This trend will continue in step with changes in the market we operate. Physical contact
with our customers valuable products and good communication with both our customers
and their clients enables us to understand our customers needs.
Products
Our products are now categorized in the areas of Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding,
Transportation and Port Services. Within these areas we will continue to offer our services
at competitive terms.
Our Office
Our offices and terminals are today in Bergen, Kristiansand, Larvik, Drammen and Moss.
We will continue, and expect Scandinavia and Balticum for our domestic market. We offer
our services with other companies in Björk.Eklund Group.
